In the March 2007 issue of Journal of Renal Nutrition (Vol. 17, No. 2), in High-Octane (Flaxseed Oil) Protein Power Shakes for Patients on Dialysis, by Danielle J. Monahan, MS, RD, pages 157–159, in the section High-Octane Power Shake Recipe, 1 scoop of unflavored whey protein is about 15 grams, not 20 grams, and the unit of measure given for phosphorus and potassium should have been milligrams, not grams.
